MS Bell will provide the tools to your bell staff for an efficient, organized check-in so they can focus on the guest experience. From the moment your guest arrives, their luggage will be tagged and scanned with a barcoded luggage tag. The luggage is tracked into the lobby where it may be stored or kept at your bell stand. The storage location is noted in the tag record for all assigned users to see. When the guest’s room is ready, the luggage can be assigned for delivery within MS Bell and dispatched to the bell staff via the iOS app. Front desk staff assign the room number to the luggage in the program. The bell staff receives the dispatch on their iOS device and then retrieves the luggage easily from storage using the unique identifier tag.

Within moments, your guest has received their luggage and the bell staff is free to return to the lobby to assist other guests.
